Finally! Lots of Family Reunion Pictures!

I had posted a blog a few weeks ago about all my mishaps with cameras and family reunions. Well, I just got back from my last one of 2008 and it seems that I was able to get some pictures! Hooray! :)

The Barlow Family Reunion was this last weekend and I have to say, it was great spending time with everyone. There are some pictures that I would have liked to have gotten, but of course we forgot the camera. (For example: We have no pictures of the 4 wheeler rides, rainbows, kids fishing and shooting, etc.) But please enjoy the ones that I was able to get! :) THERE ARE MANY!!!

Best mom tip?

Let them be kids. Let them be crazy and get dirty and play.

Biggest time saver?

Get ready the night before if you have plans for the next day. Pack diaper bags; set out clothes; and if needed, put cereal in a baggy so they can eat it in the car.

Your workout routine?

I go walking with one of my neighbors 3 days a week. I need to do a lot more than that!

Some thing you can’t live without.

Jeremiah. He is so helpful with the kids. I can tell when he's been working side jobs and hasn't been home much with the kids. I get cranky.

Your beauty fix?

I have to have my toes painted. That is my must. I like to have 5 seconds to put on makeup, but it doesn't always happen. :)

Your fashion pet peeve?

Skinny pants. I HATE the style these days with boys in skinny pants. Especially the ones that are hanging off the butt. It makes me violent! I want to hit people with my car or shoot them with a paintball gun.

Most you've ever spent on a pair of shoes?

Probably like $80? I don't remember. It was so long ago! Pre-kid days!

5 minute meal?

Peanut Butter Sandwich with Raisins

Favorite restaurant?

I like Don Pedros and Canton City in Heber City. In Provo I like Olive Garden and Pizza Factory. Lots of yummy carbs! :)

Your Design Style?

Whether in my house or on my body, something comfy. :)

1/2 hour to yourself, what are you doing?

Either playing on the computer or sleeping. I'm SO tired these days! I do like to read if I get the chance too! :)

Favorite tv show?

Grey's Anatomy. I love it. I can't explain it. I also really enjoy The Office. It makes me giggle.

Your dream vacation?

Not having to worry about time or money at either Disneyland or Disney World. Oh, and no lines. :)

Your first job?
I have babysat for my entire life. I don't ever remember a time when I didn't babysit. :) I also would help my mom at her job cleaning hotel rooms.

What do you do now?

I wrangle 3 kids and their schedules. I cook, I clean, I play taxi.

How do you relax at the end of the day?

I usually veg with Miah on the couch and watch some random TV show while eating ice cream. We will usually visit, then shower and sleep.

DarTanion...

So when I downloaded the stuff from my phone just now, I found some pictures I took of DarTanion. Some were videos of him doing flips on the trampoline at Grandpa Twitch's house and others were of him in his SpiderMan costume. He wore it in our van and when I was getting out of the car, he hung upside down from the "Oh S*@!" handle (sorry, don't know what they are really called). :) He thought I should put pictures of him on our "family place on the computer". Yep. That's what he knows my blog as. :)

Robyn likes to eat...

If you read my blog and look at my pictures, you have probably guessed that Robynson likes to eat. She is probably my most hungry kid! :) She eats everything she can. We usually end up feeding her atleast 2 packages of the 2nd stage foods (if you are a parent, you should know what those are). Last night we went to Tucanos for dinner with Jeremiah's family (for his brother Jed's bday - HAPPY BDAY JED!) and we gave her a little of everything that we had. She probably ate more than both my boys combined! All of the meat guys and the waitress were commenting on how cute she was and what an appetite she has. Then when she got home, she had 2 bottles of milk before bedtime!

Today the boys were having some "Mexican Dip" flavored Pringles as their snack between breakfast and lunch. They left the cannister where Robyn could reach it and while I was in the bedroom folding laundry, she started helping herself. These are somewhat spicy chips, but she loved them! I was able to take a few pictures and a video with my phone and thought I would show them off. :) Cuz she's cute. :)

Swimming and Draysen

The boys have missed having their cousin Draysen around, so we went up to see him on Tuesday. We all went swimming in his (Grandpa Twitch and Grandma Sandra) pool. Then we brought Dray back with us. He has been staying with us for a few days. Enjoy the pictures!

I was brave while Draysen was staying with us. I took all the kids on a walk. I go walking with one of my neighbors and there are always deer in a field we pass. I thought it would be cool to show the kids. My camera batteries died on the walk (of course), but I was able to get a few before they died. Enjoy!






And finally, today. Today DarTanion and Draysen decided to play SpiderMan. Draysen was the big brother and DarTanion was the little brother. Not only could they use their webs, but they were armed with guns! I only got a few pictures because Dray decided that he didn't want his picture taken.

Archer wanted his picture taken too. :)
